Arvind Balaram is the Lead Pastor of DBF Gurgaon Church. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from SAIACS in Bangalore.

Ranjit David
Ranjit David moved to Delhi in 2010 and served in pastoral capacity teaching God’s word and discipling people and is currently pastor of New City Delhi, a gospel centered church for urban professionals and the Managing Trustee of Delhi School of Theology. Ranjit has a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University, Alabama, and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, Texas.

Shobana Vetrivel
Shobana Vetrivel is currently overseeing operations of Delhi School of Theology. Her educational background includes a Master's in Social Development from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Master's in Theology from ABTS. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Practical Theology from Colmbia International University. She has worked in both development and ministry settings including an NGO, a local church and a social entrepreneurship project.

Blesswin Victor is currently serving as a pastor at Delhi Bible Fellowship Gurgaon. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology, Master of Technology in Genetic Engineering and a Master's in Theology from ABTS. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Theology from Columbia Biblical Seminary.

Ritu Tiru Agarwal
Ritu Tiru Agarwal is currently overseeing advancement of Delhi School of Theology. Her educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi and a Master's degree in Religious Education from ABTS. She has experience of handling development communications for a faith-based development organization.
Ritu Tiru Agarwal
The Executive Team works to implement the mission of Delhi School of Theology. Apart from the Executive Team, DST has an Advisory Council with members from different churches and organisations in the city who provide input and guidance to maximise the benefit of DST to the church in Delhi.
